Book a trial class.

We know that it can be daunting joining a gym, so we offer a trial class for anyone thinking of joining so that you can see what we’re all about before signing up.

All of our classes are available to book for a trial, and whilst we can’t tell you exactly what the workout will be on any given day, the below will hopefully give you an idea of a class you might find most enjoyable for your first time. Every class is the same on each day, so there’s no difference whether you join us at 6am, or for one of our evening classes.

Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays: These classes are a mixture of strength and fitness, we’ll typically spend the first half the session working on a specific part of strength training, this could be working up to a 6 rep for deadlifts for example, or we working on a ‘complex’ which will be a few different lifts in succession. The second half of the session will be ≈20 minute all out workout.

Fridays: Very similar to the above, however the workout will be with a partner. Partner’s never need to be at the same level, and everything is scalable. Often these workouts allow for short rests between quick bursts. A great way to meet a workout buddy and share the burn!

Wednesdays and Saturdays: These classes will be all fitness, often a ≈40 minute workout with a variety of lifting and cardio machines. The weights we work with in these classes are often light, or bodyweight exercises.

All of our workouts are scalable, so there is no expectation to come in and lift the Rx weight (recommended/prescribed workout)
